Hi there!
Hi all,
My name is Stella, originally I'm from Europe,31 y.o. Got married to an indian software professional one year ago. So now my home is here, in Chennai. Right after marriage we went to USA, Seattle. A week ago came back to Chennai. I wonder is there any particular places where expats who live in Chennai are meeting up/hanging out? I need to expand my friends circle  Cheers |

There is an Overseas Womens Club for expats where you can meet lots of new people and make new friends. Check out the website www.owcmadras.blogspot.com. They are having an annual general meeting next Wed 16th April at the Park Sheraton at 10am if your interested and a new members meeting on the 30th April. Hope to see you there! |

You see, when I posted a similar thread over a year ago, when I moved to Kanpur, I didn't get any replies (ok so there were a few but there don't exist any ex pat groups or social meet ups because there aren't enough ex pats or other like minded people in kanpur!)

 I know the feeling. With the temperature heading for 40 (it's trying hard, though I think only 37 so far) most heads here are a little foggy. |
