Two weeks in Vrindavan. Brave... LOL.

Or maybe I'm just too precious.

You should probably get to know Woodlouse.

Unless you think she probably has too many legs!

Don't worry about Skinnylizard, he doesn't eat members (maybe that's why he is skinny!)

Regretably our Member List is not searchable by type of creature --- there must be many I've forgotten.

Hi! I chose my name because it's my dog's name. That makes it easy to remember and I like it!

Is two weeks in Vrindavan really brave? I have never been so I don't know but I guess I will find out. How far away is Varanasi from Vrindavan? Anyone know? Is it possible to do a day trip? I am staying in Vrindavan but I may take day trips. I will be going to Jaipur for a day.

I don't have an exact plan or itinerary...I am going to go with the flow. I have ideas of where I want to go but I don't have a day to day plan.

Thanks for the welcomes

I am also new here. I am travelling with Gloworm in less than 2 weeks now to Vrndavan. It will be a return trip for me, after not being there for 25 years. This time i pray to "see it all" and pay my respects to "it all" too!

Varanasi is too far for a day trip, but can be done if you have a few days. Given you have picked Vrindavan for your trip, you're likely to really get into Varanasi. My advice is to skip Jaipur and go to Varanasi instead.

We were told that Jaipur is the "shopping capital of India" and that it was close to Vrndavan, which will be our home for day trips. Why skip Jaipur for Varanasi? We did want to have a day of shopping other than in Loi Bazaar!
