Planning my first trip to India for July 2008. Hoping to experience Mumbai, Rajasthan, Agra, New Delhi, Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh.
Would welcome any and all advices...also looking for potential companions for motorbiking/trekking in Himachal Pradesh/Ladakh. Cheers! Xander |

Hi Xander and welcome to IM. Have a good look around - plenty of information to help with your trip. For anything else, don't hesitate to ask.
Happy travels ![]()

Welcome. Not to put you off immediately, but
Quote:
Maybe outline your plans some more for people to comment. You might find this thread handy for starters: How to get the most out of the Itinerary section. , this can easily be extrapolated to other queries. I guess you'll also find something in our Mountaineering and Biking sub-forums, while Travel Partners has its own forum again, as well as all the individual states you're thinking of, of course. (Kindly refrain from multi-posting essentially the same query in all those sub-forums though, which can only confuse the hell out of everyone including yourself. Just pick the most appropriate forum and post your query there, and try to keep related questions together on the same thread.) Find the whole forums structure here: http://www.indiamike.com/india/ And finally: Have a good trip ![]()
