Hello Fellow Travellers
I am new to IM and have yet to explore the length and breath of it before I explore the rest of India. I'm of mixed parentage - my mom was from India and my dad is an American. Dad's here on a posting and I have simply followed 
While I am here, I hope to explore India in bits and pieces so as to retain the different flavors of the place. This November, I plan to visit Dharamshala and Kangra.
While I do have a few maps and info but would greatly appreciate if the members of IM would help with it.
I would like to know of some not very expensive homestays in the area. Please advice.

Hello Tippy , welcome to IM ! I guess you can go through Himachal Pradesh section to find some info related to Dharamshala & Kangra. Happy travels ....
