Hello everyone! Any tips for doing the Sandakfu trek in 3 days (easy-moderate) please

Hey everyone! I just joined this forum after being a very appreciative lurker for years . Thank you all for your great tips over the years. Quick question: I hear the Sandakfu/Singali La trek can be done in varying numbers of days. Please, any tips for doing it in 3 days (moderate-easy), with good places to spend the night? Where should we leave from and have a jeep pick us up from? Thank you so much!

your trek starts from manebhanjan or dhotrey. you can reach either from bagdogra/siliguri or darjeling by jeep.

day 1 manebhanjan/dhotrey - tumling/garibus. day 2 tumling/garibus - sandakphu. day 3 sandakphu - sirikhola via gurdum. next day sirikhola to darjeeling/siliguri jeepride.
its a moderate trek if you want to complete in 3 days, otherwise its easy.

Hello mogwaibond, The distance between manebhanjan/dhotrey to sandakfu around 30 km.But i think it is better to start from manebhanjan.From bagdogra or new jalpaiguri station this is only 4 hours distance.There is severel stop between manebhanjan and sandakfu.First is Chitrey(2km fom mane)then Meghma(9km) Tumling(11km)Gairibus(20km)kal apokhri(24km)Bkbhanjan(26km)an d then after last 4 km is Sandakfu.Almost every stop you can find private hotel or trekkers hut.For your requerements It will be better to stay first night at Tumling.Sikhar lodge is a desent stay there.2nd day must be sandakfu.There has several lodge and hut.From Sandakfu through gurdum(10km)you will reach srikhola(5km)and this is the end point of the trek.It is a moderate trek and september october is the best time to enjoy this vistas.
