Coming to Gurgaon...

Hi All,

I am English and currently expatting in Moscow. From September
along with my wife and 4yo son, we're going to be living in Gurgaon for at least a year, maybe two.

So, of course, we are primarily interested in accomodation and schools right now. Any recommendations or experiences in that direction would be very interesting.

After that I am interested in playing golf and meeting like-minded folks, but that will have to wait!

Welcome to IndiaMike...

You can probably look around in DLF Phase IV or Sushant Lok in Gurgaon. These areas are nice and well developed and you have plenty of school in this area like 1) Eurokids 2) Kidzee 3) Motherscare 4) Blossom etc (I belive you want to put your son in nursery school). Also, good apartments complexes here in this area and just one km away to DLF Phase V where you can play golf in DLF Golf course which is opp to American Express.

DLF phase 4 and nearby area has many people from abroad now.
Just make sure you stay in an area with 24 hour backup of
electricity and water. traffic is a big nuisance here.
