Timing for early morning connection from Delhi airport to NDLS

Hi.. This is Ridhi..
Ill be landing at Delhi IGI Airport on 29th May.. 445 in the morning.. How long will it take me to exit the airport if i hurry through the rush to the immigration counter!
alssooo.. my parents will be picking me up.. and i have a train to catch from new delhi railways station which departs@740.. will I make it in time? travelling to station by car..

1) how much time does it take to get out?
2) i have to buy liquor at delhi duty free.. that wont be much of hassle at the exit right? will only buy 2L of alcohol according to regulations..
3) how long will it take me to reach station? is the traffic too much in the morning?

I have only travelled by metro in delhi, and so thats why im confused about the timings

i really want to make it in time!

1. It depends on a) how many other flights have landed before you in the the window of 30-35 minutes b) How much checked baggage you have c) Minutes spent in Duty Free - Give or take 45-75 minutes.
2) No hassles
3) 35-45 minutes provided there are no road blocks and diversions.
