QATAR good airline????
 Hi all we are planning to fly to trivandrum Kerela feb or march. has anyone any comments as to the service?? ie is it a comfortable plane etc etcThanks a million mikkie  |

I used Qatar Airways last oct. and the first thing I told to my travel agency when back to Italy was : Qatar Airways never more !
Indeed, in Doha airport only 1 toilet was open and people were queing for 45 minutes, no chairs or carpets to sit down anywhere. But the airport was under renewing and the company is fastly growing, so I think l will give them one more chance. Have a nice flight !

a pukka airline
My friend Ramesh is a captain for Qatar Airways so I know a bit about behind the scenes; they seem very, very five-star in everything they do. Go for it.

Qatar Airways
Qatar Airways is a great airline. One of my favourites.
 Much better than e.g. Gulf Air or Air India! But they're very strict with overweight luggage. |

Great airline, good service and maybe the only one where I actually liked the food.
But, as others have mentioned, Doha airport is abysmal. There were constructions going on in January, so maybe they have finally managed to create some space and hopefully supply some chairs. Caveat: I always fly over Christmas, so this is a peak time report.

hi M,
do not worry about Qatar Airways, it is great. Besides, Doha Airport has been renewed and it really confortable (except for the aircon!)you can easily spend some hours there just walking around and shopping, have a nice trip! |
