It is called the farebasis. It has restrictions, rules, min stay, max stay and lots of verbiage of interest to no one but bean counters @airline, travel agents, and in case of dispute an arbitrator. TLX7INE runs into pages. Salient aspects are 7 day purchase after booking, a minimum of a sunday departure or saturday stay; maximum 6 months, and it is a seasonal fare and booking class is T.

If you fly often, and have a carrier of choice or alliance you stick to, and want to know the restrictions and conditions, then you read verbiage like this before calling your TA or the airline directly. Remember, using an airline agent or a TA costs more than booking on the web.
