Gulf Air LHR To BAH To Del

Hi All

Booked my airline tickets to Delhi for october 08 and would really like to hear of anyones experiences of flying london heathrow to delhi with a 4 hour stopover in bahrain. I will be travelling with my wife and 3 kids (2 teenagers and 1 eight year old).

Any gulf air experiences will be appreciated as we have never flown with gulf air before.

Regards

I think I've done Gulf... and if it is the one I'm remembering, the duty free shop is big enough to spend some time ...and money in.

In fact I have a rather nice gold chain from that day .

Flew from Muscat to Del on Gulf Air. Nice relaxing flight, they also had good food (well the desert was nice).

That's the trip I took. The Bahrain to Delhi part of the journey was mostly Indian who work in Bahrain. Mostly men, and many of them smoked unchallenged. The food was great, as was the service. Actually, I cleaned one of the toilets when all had become unusable, unfortunately I'm a bit like that!
