Getting from India to Eastern Europe
Does anyone know any airlines which have cheap flights to eastern Europe.
I want to fly into somewhere in the east and then head back to england over land. But at the moment all the flights i can find are more expensive than flights to England. Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks |

The only way you can get a cheap flight to countries in the FSU or Iron curtain is by flying their national carrier. Hence you will have to be more specific than saying India to Eastern Europe.
Many fly into just DEL and some to BOM.

A cheap option would be flying Turkish Airlines to Istanbul, then bussing it out to Bulgaria. From Istanbul to the Bulgarian border is not more than 7-odd hrs.
