I found the cheapest flights to be the direct Heathrow to Delhi BA flights on www.justtheflight.co.uk. Bit of a random site but they were really helpful - I got a quote for £320 from end June for a two month trip. Not bad from what I understand! Good luck in the maze that is website airline bookings! I dont want to advertise for free but I think if u want real cheap fligts to India try these booking agents
1)http://www.southalltravel.co.uk/ 2)http://www.brightsunuk.com/brightsun/index.aspx they do real cheap deals on flights anywhere in Asia.I always get through them. Also if you have fixed dates for return travel u will find a good deal. Hope this helps. Cheers!! |

My daughter and I just returned from India in March. We flew Jet Airways from Heathrow to Delhi and it was WONDERFUL!! Also the best prices I found! I believe they are owned or operated by BA. Great new airline in India - we also took them from Udaipur to Delhi as well. Luxury and service all the way, nice planes, food, constant service, TV in the back of the seat, etc.
I believe the cost was about 350-360 British pounds each ticket. It is THE way to flight to/in India now I think!! They have a website and you should be able to book online. I think some routes require a travel agent to book for you. It's just like flying BA, very nice! Shelley |
