Fly Dubai for Four Thousand

I was pleasantly surprised to know today that a new airline named FlyDubai has started operations from Chandigarh, Lucknow and Coimbatore to Dubai. Their fares are as low as INR 3700 including taxes. But they charge extra for luggage e.g. INR 500 for the first bag, etc.
Hand baggage is free upto 10 kg.
