I did it by faxing my card details to Jet Airways. Really not the most ideal of circumstances but nobody's stolen any money yet!
Otherwise I think you're left with shashank's answer: through a travel agency. |

I'm not sure what travel sites you are using but I just did a quick check with expedia, travelocity and flightnetwork and they all came up with flights when I searched from delhi to kathmandu. The cheapest flight seems to be around $375 with Jet Airways. My suggestion is that you wait until you reach Delhi and buy your ticket there. That's what I did. I think it was much cheaper than buying from here. Delhi-KTM is a popular route and you should have no trouble getting a flight.

For the record, I just got these prices with Jet Airways through Shivani Tours/Travels, Mumbai to Kathmandu
single IRS 13300, return IRS 26473

Airport prices
And buying from the airport reservations desks is even cheaper. Mumbai - Delhi = 4000 irs (GoAir), Delhi - Kathmandu = 6000 irs for oneway.
