Code Share Singapore and Air India
Hi,
I want to book tickets for my parents from HYD to SFO. The travel agent told me about a code share between singapore airlines and Air India with the flight being operated by Singapore Airlines. The price is relatively cheaper at $ 1475. I am not sure what code share with Air India actually means. I had some bad experience with Air India and prefer singapore. The agent tell me it is Singapore airlines with just the Flight number showing Air India. Please share with me any information you might have regarding this. Thanks |

It would be SA flight but on the ticket it would be AI flight number. If you don't make any changes with the travel plan you don't have to deal with AI. But if you have to make chages than you will have to deal with AI customer service.
