Cheap flights Srinagar to China

So i'm looking to fly out of Srinagar Kashmir mid Jan. to China and was wondering if anyone could help me with some cheap airlines. I have tried some of the airlines i have seen recommended in other posts but a lot don't seem to do that route.
Also i have been told that buying my flights over there will save me substantial money,is this true?

There are no international flights directly into Srinagar (SXR) from China. The GDSs only list one scheduled international flight from SXR to Dubai.

There as in ? India ?

You would need to come back to Delhi to take a flight to China.

thanks heaps i did mean yeah as India i heard it is cheaper to buy flights when i am there

There are people who would have got good deals buying tickets when they are here but that is not very common it is better to track fares for 10-15 days over internet and buy when you see a good deal.
