Changing flight times: Whois cheapest

Hi,
I want to book a return flight to India for 4weeks or so. I also know that once I'm there I'll probably want to extend the ticket and change my return date.
Who is cheapest/free to do this when flying economy. I found a flight with swiss air for 500euro but they charge 150euro to change each leg of flight and I'll be doing Ireland-london, london india so it would cost 300euro to change the flight.
I flew kuwait air before and they charged 50. Anyone know who is good for this?

From what I know in Australia, it depends on the type of ticket you have as well as airline.
Usually, I get the cheapest ticket with whichever airline i can, often jet airways or thai, and that gives me no flexibility. This time though, I have 1 free flight change, and all the others cost um about 80 euros.
It just happens to be that way. I could have opted for a flight 300 dollars more, and then I could change city departure and date, and time for nothing three times.
So the short answer is, it depends on the individual ticket, not really the airline.
