changing a flight with tiger airways

just in case it comes in handy for someone else, i have just changed my flight with tiger airways and it is a simple process if you have a credit card. one cannot use a debit card and as i don't have a credit card i had to find someone to do this for me with theirs.
i had all the info as there is a call centre for tiger airways in hydrabad and you can do it through them but it is much cheaper to do it over the net.
all of the travel agents i went to, about 6, said it couldn't be done or that they were unable to do it with their card. finally a manager of a hotel did it for me.

call centre no; 09246584437
chennai airport tiger airways no;9840795640 SANTOS KUMAR for enquiries

I agree - took 15 calls to an Australian location to get nowhere - phone not answered or recorded (unhelful) message. In the end had to call Singapore.
