The budget Lodge which we stayed at mananthavadi :-

Note :-

Just 50 metres from bus stand and opposite "Mananthavady Police Station" but worth for money .

Try to get rooms on the back side which will be calm quiet and also "Valley View" !

Vehicular traffic will be banned between Gundlupet - ooty and Gunlupet - Sultha Bathery from 9 pm to 6 am from June 10th is the latest official announcement which means night travel between Mysore - Ooty & Mysore - Calicut will be affected.

This planned Ban is Revoked due to protests from Kerala & Tamilnadu end ! . In effect, there is NO Night time "Traffic ban" between Gundlupet- Ooty & Gundlupet - Sulthan bathery!
