Inexpensive Trip To Corbett National Park from Delhi

Myself, husband & young daughter are planning to visit Corbett National Park From Delhi early December. I have had a few quotes from tour companies I have found online, but they are all a bit pricey for our budget.

I am looking for a cheap way to get to Corbett by road from Delhi & nice but inexpensive accommodation within the Corbett area. Any recommendations & suggestions gratefully received, whether it be for a complete package or the transport & accommodation seperately.

Many thanks
Nicola

Corbett solo?

This package looks good to me, but I will be in Delhi solo. Wondering if anyone else will be there in late Nov to Mid Dec and looking to visit Corbett.

Hi to everyone,
I will be traveling to India the 26th and I was looking for a tour or something to a wildlife animals park. What kind of wildlife can you see at Corbett? Is nice to sleep there? Any other suggestion?

Thank you!!!

I would be interested

As long as my schedule works with yours. I am coming to Delhi for work and only have weekends to explore. Basically Saturday morning to Monday nite. Wish I could skip work

I have tried the kmvn website listed by Marclone but I can't figure out a way to make an enquiry on line. Do I have to phone? The safaris I have found on line have been terribly expensive and the stays do not appear to be within the park. What we want is to be in the park and to go on elephants for a couple of days, not a couple of hours. Is this possible without staying in one of the fabcy resorts outside the park?
