Dudhwa national park

Hi to all,

I am planning trip in November 2009 to Dudhwa national Park, UP, India. So will I see any tiger or due to monsoon visibility will be poor ?

Sighting a tiger in any National Park is India depends on your luck. There have been instances of sighting a tiger in first visit and also instances of not sighting a tiger even in 3-4 visits.
Generally the chances of sighting a tiger is higher in the hot summer months of April - May.

When i was in Dudhwa I didn't see a tiger, when I was in Rajaji NP I didn't see a tiger and when I was in Kanha I didn't see a tiger And yet Dudhwa and Rajaji and Kanha are excellent places, enjoy what you see.

hahaha mridula, i guess you should try zoo, may be you will not see tiger there too as it might have gone to his cave for rest

kidding. Well i heard that at ranthambhore, pench and bandhavgarh, people may have very good chances to see tiger.

mridula, you have to go back to Kanha, I always see tigers on 6 safaris or more, the best place (not my favourite) is Bandhavgarh.
Sorry I don't know Dudhwa but I hope to go there.
