central and northern wildlife parks in monsoon

Sorry if this has been asked before (what hasn't by now?) but it seems like in India the parks in the North and Central areas close and the Southern parks stay open.

all of 'em? Are there any parks in the north and central areas that do allow visiting? Especially Central . . . thanx.
