We're about to book our stay in corbett and was wondering what you'd recommend..we've decided to stay over 2 nights and have 2.5-3 days of safari so... 1 night Dhakali rest house and 1 night Bijrani or 2 nights Dhakali? Thanks!

Quote:Dhikala is the oldest and the most famous Forest Rest House (FRH) in the Corbett Tiger reserve and congratulations that you are able to confirm 2 days of accomodation inside the park. Dhikala FRH has better accomodation and food facilities and being near a large body of water also has a better chance of spotting a tiger.
In my two visits to Corbett I have stayed at Dhikala and Gariyal but not at Bijrani so I am not in a position to compare Dhikala with Bijrani.
I think both options are good but one night in Dhikala and one night in Bijrani will give you the opportunity to stay in two different parts of Corbett reseve and maybe is the better option for getting to know the Corbett park as a whole.
