Visa to Pakistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan ?

Hello i am an Indian national,

And i plan to visit these countries on travel basis, i have never been outside india, can anybody help me with the necessary requirements for travel visa to pakistan or anywhere in europe ?

Do we need an invitation from somebody and also do we need to hoop up with a travel agency with hotel booking on arrival to show in these countries and how do we get these invitations for instance ?

And if i do reach pakistan can i apply for a visa to afghanistan or tajikistan from pakistan ?

Is it difficult for an indian national to get a visa especially when the visa page is blank ?
