I've been told that the Indian Embassy in Birmingham (UK) will issue tourist vu
isas. Is this correct? I was under the impression that they could only be obtained from the embassy in London. |

Yes, I haven't done it myself but I know people that have got their Visa's from Brum!
I Think you need to go early to get them the same day! A friend of mine got his in October and he had to return the next day to pick up the visa. Howie |

Visa
You can get a 6 Month Tourist Visa in Birmingham.
If you hand in your application in the morning, you will usually be given a time to collect it later the same afternoon. The Consulate opens at 09.30 (check for Indian holidays before going) You can also apply by post to the Birmingham Indian Consulate. Hope this helps. Snakebollo |
