Hello all,
This is my first post in the forum, but have been reading for some weeks now, hoping to understand what little I can, while so far away from India.
My question is this, I am a dual national (Spain/US) and am mulling over the possibility of a job in Delhi as a sales manager for industrial equipment. From a purely bureaucratic standpoint, should I use my European Union citizenship, or my US citizenship to initiate paperwork? The company is a US firm, but EMEA headquarters is based out of UK, making it an EU company.
