Take the birth certificate, and go to the nearest Indian Mission. They will need a verified photocopy of your Indian passport to get a passport for the child.

but my query is still not solved, we get Indian Passport then what next as the child will come to India with parents, is there any other paper needed for the child?

Some sort of exit permit/visa (or whatever else they call it in that country) would almost certainly be required.

How can anyone here answer that question ? When you/and your wife goes to the Indian Embassy to apply for an Indian passport for your child, that will be the time to Inquire. Your wife should go to her Ministry of Home-Equivalent or Foreign Affairs and get clarification.

you have two choice either get your child's Armenian passport as child's mother is armenian citizen

or

as a indian national father you can apply his indian passport.

you need to think whats best fr your child. and pls dont panic! documents is not that big deal. enjoy!!

If you decide to register your child as Indian, I think it would be hard for your wife to do that alone. The presence of the actually-Indian parent at the consulate would probably make it a lot easier.
