Really, this is not very complicated, although Your OverUse Of Capital Letters (can your beloved really live with it?
) makes it seems so.What's the problem with her coming to India on a tourist visa from the Philippines? Here's the local embassy website Best to make sure that she brings with her any other documents that just might be asked for eg birth certificate, certificate of never married etc etc etc ...but a cht with your local registrar will establish all that. If I remember rightly: Under Indian law the girl must be 18 and the boy must 21. If I got that the wrong way around then you have got a problem. You'd better check that she is old enough to marry under Phillipino law as well. They may check. Go ask at your Register Office for the details (assuming you want a non-religious wedding --- talk to the church/temple people otherwise). Once she is your wife she can apply to have her tourist visa converted a longer term Entry visa. Apparently they will then give the PIO card only after a year. Let us knos what happens, but Please Leave That Shift Key Alone!
