my fiance is USA citizen with pakistan born, need visa advise, how to get the visa from Newyork USA, (she applied for VISIT visa once and got rejected. )
shall i need to give her invitation letter? how to speed it up and does she need to write a letter to some higher officials in india to get her visa since it is getting rejected. also how much time does it take for decision.
