Residence Permit

Hi, I am Rajesh, first time visiting this forum.
I am now in Paris for company's work. I am from Delhi and here with business visa for three months till August end. But I will go back to Delhi and again come back to paris after collecting my work permit from delhi in August itself. Then my company will apply for residence permit here which takes around 8 to 10 weeks to process means I can get the residence permit in the month of November. But my marriage is fixed in November and I have to be in Delhi in the first week of November.
So it may happen that I have to travel back to India without residence permit. So can I travel without residence permit to India at emergency and what are the repercussions?
Please give your expert advice.

regards
Rajesh

Ask your company. When you say company "will apply", they would have a lawyer and/or an HR person with a clue. They are your best resource.

Thank you for your reply....

My query is whether I will be able to go to India without residence permit. I mean to say no one can stop me to fly even if I understand my work permit will be cancelled.

thanks in advance.

regards

And of course, this is not the right forum to ask about visa regulations of France.

His question was about travelling with or without a French residence permit, and something about whether his French work permit would be cancelled.

He can't possibly have thought that India would prevent an Indian citizen entry to India due to a lack of a residence permit somewhere else!

So I thought his question was about his French visa / residence / work permit issues.

French citizen talking about Indian visas/permits? Indian citizen talking about French visas/permits? I still don't know.
