Police verification failed for tatkal passport while in abroad
got my new passport in Takkal
I work in USA and i have GC Post verification person requested me to give this in writing since i have given India address as present and permanent.
will this cause any issue or is this normal ?

Where did you apply for the passport? Where are you currently?
If you are in USA and you applied with an current and permanent Indian address, then you obviously lied on the application and you HAVE to give an explanation.
