PIO card - returning to India within a month

hi, I am a canadian citizen with PIO card. I came back from India after 8 months on July 24, 2012. Now I need to go back to India within a month probably Aug 24, 2012 for 1 month. Do I need to worry about waiting period of 60 days before I can return to India? or is it ok for me to go?

You need not worry. The 2 month out rule applies only to Tourist Visas.

PIO's have no restriction on exit/entry.

Somewhere on your card it says that it gives you visa-free right to enter India. Apart from restrictions on a very small number of activiries, you may come, go, work, study ... as you wish and when you wish.

You registered at the F(R)RO didn't you. Well , you must have; otherwise you wouldn't have been let out of the country without some* hassle.
