Photo background

I have just had 2 photo's taken at a photo booth with the India Visa Setting.

I would say the background is more a light grey than white/offwhite.

It meets the requirements of light but I think it's 50/50, am I being too picky?

Grey background is perfectly acceptable, I had similar on mine.

I didn't want to risk it, I called the supplier of the booths who confirmed that its should be white/off white and issued me a refund.

Photo taken with a local photographer and the results are far more consistent.

PS: Thanks for the reply, just a bit risk averse when it comes to travel plans
