Personal Perticulars
Hi Guys,
I am residing in Thane(Mumbai). I have applied for my fresh passport. I was not staying at one place in one year of period. I have mentioned both the places where I lived. At both the places Police verification has been completed. But now on the passport website it shows Please furnish THREE copies of the enclosed personal particulars form duly completed alongwith THREE photographs. what does it means ? which address i have to fill on these forms ? |

Without seeing the forms or having the web-site listed to read for myself, I'm going to make a few educated guesses.
1) send 3 (current) photos of yourself. 2) use your current address on the forms. Cheers Zoltan
