passport form query- reg.
Hello friends..
I want to apply for passport under tatkal. I have resided at more than 1 place during the last 1 year. I have a query regarding the personal particulars(PP) form. I learnt that two sets of forms should be filled up in my case (one for present address and the other for previous).In the first set of forms i wrote my present address, residing since and my previous address, references in my present locality etc,. In the second set of forms, should i write about the references in my previous address' locality? I want to know what should be the content of my second set of forms. Please help me in this regard. Thanks in advance. |
