Passport for baby. Indian father, Sri Lankan mother
Please help me out to take passport for my 11months son. His father is holding an Indian passport and his mother is holding a Srilankan passport and Indian Overseas Citizenship. In this case what would be procedure to apply a passport for 11 months baby?

Never heard of Srilankan passport holders getting OCI.
