Other Documents

I am going to Delhi for 4 weeks with 2 kids. We have our passports and visas'.

Are there any other documents that anyone would recommend that we take?

Well if you plan on doing any driving, an international license wouldn't go amiss!

I also suggest colour copies of everything passport, licences, visa, traveller cheques reciept etc, stored in a passworded zip file, e-mailed to yourself or in a Yahoo briefcase account.

Handy if you lose something, all you need is a computer and a printer!!

If you were born in Canada take your birth certificate with you. If you were born outside Canada take your citizenship card/certificate with you.

Only required if you lose your passport not otherwise. From which city in Canada are you from?

Your Airline Tickets!

...but seriously; include airline tickets in that list of things to have photocopies of!

Take a few useful phone numbers and addresses (just in case).

Ones I usually take :

British High Commission in Delhi (take the one for your country)
Airline contact numbers (I find it easier to confirm your ticket over the phone)
