Name change by one letter

I have unfortunately wrote the wrong name (Kaustubha instead of Kaustubh) just one letter difference in 10th exam application form & that name continued till engineering 1st year. But in my last year mark list of engineering my name is correct because i filled it that way. Also on my PAN card & Licence card i have correct name (Kaustubh).
According to passport office website they mentioned that submit proof if there is any major change in name.

Is this considered as a major name change?

Is this PAN card or Licence card is enough for name proof?

Thanks in advance & waiting for quick reply.
