(I was sure that I already told you about Americans being able to get 10 year tourist visas on another thread)

Hey Nick,

Why can't you be Indian Citizen (Indian Passport holder) and be a British Resident? You can be a permanent resident in Britain and be an Indian Passport holder.

but yes, indeed, and such a person would not need any visa to enter India.
