K-1 or K-3 VISA?
Q.1 What is the process of preparing, applying and obtaining:
a) K-1 VISA (fiancee) b) K-3 VISA (Spouse) ? Q.2 Which one takes less process time? Q.3 In order to marry an Indian national, must the American national have to register for something? If yes, what? |

As this means nothing to m, I assume you are talking about visas for an Indian national to enter USA? Although in your previous thread, If I remember correctly, you were talking about Indian visas for an American national.
No reason you shouldn't need/talk about both of course, but please be explicit, and then we can the thread a name more people will understand.
