indiavisa.travisaoutsourcing - Shipping question

Hello, I basically picked the 10 year visa and overnight shipping to them & back.
The total is 229$ They said to put that amount in the money order, so I created a 229$ money order.

I got all the forms and went to fedex to send it out but a problem rised, where is the air bill? how is it being sent out unless I spend additional 20+ $ for overnight shipping to fedex? the shipping amount is already included in the moneyorder.

this question also rises, the money order is to be sent with my forms/passport and everything correct? or am i supposed to give them the money order seperately? please help because I need to send this tomorrow and i'm so confused with the money order and shipping, there is no airbill

Calm down.

1. Where in the US are you, and which Travisa Office are you shipping to ?

2. How did you calculate $229 ? Can you break it out ? I know that the 10 year fees is $166 plus shipping and handling.

3. No, the overnight shipping is from them to you. You misread, hence my question - Where did you read this back and forth overnight, and how did you arrive at $229.

Eat the fedEx to them charges that you included Enterprises send an Airbill when they have a pickup of their own goods and/or give you a billing info and account number.

Ops, sorry. I'm in Hawaii.
153 Fee
13$ service Fee
Inbound Shipping (fedex overnight) 24$
outbound shipping (fedex overnight to hawaii) 39$

Total amount that is said on the payment in the Order Form is 229$

I went to fedex and nobody knew what to do, not even the manager. They tried to scan the Order Form but that label isn't there's so it didn't work.
I basically need the airbill which is not included anywhere for me to print out, so that is what is confusing me. My only option looks like is to buy my own airbill/fedex and send it out but that would be counter productive because I'm paying the shipping amount in the money order.

You have the answer, act on it. Write a note saying that you need a refund for the amount of $24 or whatever...

sorry but I didn't think it would be like this and it seems like it could possibly cause delays because of the confusion but I will since it's my only choice.

Actually, this situation came up with a friend of mine recently. She also printed everything but the airway bill did not print. In this case, you should cancel your money order and get a new one. The new one should be for $24 lesser, which is the Fedex Overnight charge for sending it to them.

My friend did this and it worked out just fine for her. She received her passport back after about a week, with the visa in it.
