have you heard back since? I handed in my application yesterday and am heading in two weeks. the guy there said it would take between 5-10 days to process. How long did it take for you?

i don't know. applied last monday and need it by tuesday week. i think im gonna be f'd in the a. i dropped mine in in person and the guy said to call back in ten days. he told me that it might take even less time, so i was optimistic. are you applying for a work visa or a travel visa? im applying for a work visa and have a company letter which might be the reason that he said it would take less time.

no normal sized passport photo's should be ok, this along with your passport and the visa application form. They are open between 9:30 to 12:30 or maybe noon. they close on the dot each day too. have you got the visa application form yet? if not i can send it to you. i got it through an email and its still on my desktop. it has all the information about what you need to bring to the embassey as well
