India visa for US minor
My 15 year old niece plans to visit India from the US with her grandfather. Two questions:
We have been told her visa application must include both her parents' passports. But her parents are divorced and her father is nowhere to be found. Can we get a visa with just her mother's passport?
Are we going to have problems with her entering/leaving India without her parent accompanying her?
