I have to change names on Passport and address to my new city?

I have 3 questions related to the Passport

1. I want to remove my middle name from the Passport and just have the First name and Last name and

2. I want to change the Address to my current city as i have been here for more then 2 years now.

The Passport is with a Valid B1 Visa, how can i take care of it?

3. I want to also change the address and last name of my wife.

I was hoping to know if the visa will still be valid post the change and if i can do all this staying in my current city i.e. Abad ?

If you change addresses, then fresh Police verification will be done.. Visas will be untouched in your passport. How long does your passport have validity?

Hey Thanks for the reply. However it seems this will be time consuming process considering i am filing for H1 B this year. Do you think, without endorsing my wife in my passport and her having not changed her name, can we simply file for her visa with putting in the marriage certificate details?

hi, i hv changed my surname on my new passport to maiden name. will the US visa that is on my old passport be still valid for business travel ? pls help

You should check with the US embassy in Delhi.

Carry both passports and your divorce papers (or any legal document establishing that both names are of the same person)
