My passport is being expired in Aug 2008.I want to apply for reissue under tatkal.for this police verfication will be there if address is different?

I would think yes it would, but the best way to find out would be
-a visit to the passport office in your city
- a telephone call to an agent who deals with passports. Even without the further use of his/her services, you will get an
accurate reply.
As information, I renewed my passport recently without police verificiation, but no personal details or address needed to be changed.
