Help with Visa in Nepal!
Hello!
I need some help, I got a turist Visa to arrive to India find a school and afterwards I was told in the Indian Embassy of Spain I could change my Visa to student here in Delhi, now I am in Delhi, with school, but Delhi tells me I can not get the student visa here and I have to do it in Spain, so I was suggested going to Nepal and getting a new student visa in the Indian embassy there... Now is that really possible? specially if I am not a Nepal resident, after all this hussle I don't know what to trust, anybody can give me advise? Thanks a lot! |

As far as I know you will have to go back to the US to apply for a student visa. Whoever told you that you can change a tourist visa to a student visa is a big liar.
