Help needed...Embarkation card

As an aside, I try to make it a point to note down people's address when taking their picture. It sometimes takes some convincing them that no, they don't need to know any English to do so, nor try and phonetically dictate it to you; just have them write it down in their own script, photocopy it later, stick it on an envelope and add "India" (and preferably state & city for good measure), and it should hopefully arrive.

(You'll arguably and likely be left with a few of such being very illiterate-seeming scribblings that are unlikely to arrive anywhere, but oh well. I'd often have e.g. my hotel manager or so going, no problem, send it to me and I'll pass it along.)
