Help for OCI to get address proof while visiting India.

with OCI in hand without some address proof , while visiting india getting internet connection always a hassle to apply with relative's id.
How to establish an address proof in India in my name using relative address ?
This is because of taking an elderly relative to the provider office, an annoying way to get the connection.

Cell phone connection is tough for NRI now it takes few days, and Internet coonection will go same way. Try at airport they know procedure, Other wise in small places Shops has no idea about it.

Tata Photon could not give internet connection with only tourist visa. Had to take the connection in a relatives name. Its a big hassle no doubt. Wonder if there is any solution to this.

Will have to take the old Indian passport with old address (not current) and
take a gamble in Delhi first point of entry or Kolkata.
