Getting an Indonesian visa in Delhi

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience of the Indonesian embassy in Delhi, more specifically a UK national getting a visa there?

I am asking as I cannot apply for the indonesian visa before I leave the uk, so will have to do it either in Delhi or singapore. If anyone has done this could you let me know how easy/difficult it was (and any tips would be appreciated).

I don't have the first hand info but I feel that if you hace few days to spare in S'Pore then it would be easy

Alan, if you're going as a tourist for 30 days or less, you need not worry about obtaining a visa as you normally get one on entry.

For other types of visas, or longer time periods, I would expect that the Indonesian Embassy in London would have to at least provide you with some guidance.

The problem I have is that I am hoping to go to Indonesia for two months, and that means applying for a visa in advance. Unfortunately you can't apply more than 90 days in advance of your arrival, so I have to get this visa while I am either in India or Malaysia.

Thanks for the info though, there is plenty of discussion about the Indonesia visa issue on the LP website but I would like a bit of local knowledge about the indo embassy in Delhi if anyone has been there?
