Double Entry Visa from UK
Hi All,
Really sorry if this is a duplication but I'm not too sure as I am using my own personal plans for this. I am planning to apply for a Double Entry tourist visa but am really worried about the two months rule as I would need to return in the space of two months as my flight is already booked!
Can anyone advise how I can work around this? If it helps, here is my plans
25th September 2012 - arrived in India and I plan to spend around 6 weeks in Inida (say up til mid November)
I am then going to be going onto South East Asia but would then look to return to India for my return flight home. My flight is an 12 noon flight on 23rd December so I ideally wanted to return the day before, stay in a hotel and then catch my flight.
Is there anyway around this at all?
If not then I will need to change my plans rather than have to book another flight.

What constitutes SE Asia ? If you fly back from BKK/Thailand, it is considered neighboring country by immigration folks, so there should be no problem.
